    Course objectives

    The aim of the course in Ophthalmology is to allow students of the School of Medicine and Surgery to acquire the theoretical, scientific and professional knowledge in the field of anatomy, pathophysiology, clinical practice, diagnostics and therapy for eye diseases.
    At the end of the course students must be able to correctly diagnose the most important pathologies of the visual apparatus, thanks to the study of the signs and symptoms associated with them.
    In addition, students will focus their study on the most modern diagnostic technologies in the field of Ophthalmology, to arrive at a more refined diagnosis and set a therapy as precise and personalized as possible.
