Obiettivi formativi | Conoscere gli aspetti normali e patologici dei tessuti molli del cavo orale; obiettivo intraorale del paziente affetto da lesioni delle mucose orali; saper riconoscere le prevalenti patologie delle mucose orali; saper effettuare diagnosi precoce delle lesioni potenzialmente maligne del cavo orale. |
Prerequisiti | Conoscenza di Anatomia e Fisiologia Umana e dell'Istologia in particolare del distretto oro-maxillofacciale; Conoscenza dei processi immunologici, biologici e molecolari alla base dei meccanismi eziopatogenetici delle patologie della mucosa orale; Conoscenza dell'Anatomia Patologica e delle tecniche di immunoistochimica. |

Course objectives | The Knowledge of the normal and pathological aspects of soft tissues of the oral cavity; the student has to be able to carry out a correct anamnestic examination and intra-oral exam of the patient with lesions on the oral mucosa; the student has to be able to recognize the prevalent pathologies of the oral mucosa; the student has to know how to make early diagnosis of potentially malignant lesions of the oral cavity. |
Prerequisites | Knowledge of Human Anatomy and Physiology and of the Histology in particular in the field of oral and maxillofacial district; Knowledge of the immunological, biological and molecular processes underlying the etiopathogenetic mechanisms of pathologies of the oral mucosa; Knowledge of Pathological Anatomy and Immunohistochemical Techniques. |
